    Unfortunately, privacy concerns and recent legislation prohibit us from taking your order over the phone. We are aware that some web sites provide this service, but we have decided to opt for your privacy and security and do not take orders over the phone.

    Each page has a link to the order status page. To check your order status simply click on that link, enter your order number in the blank field and click the "Check Status" button.

  • Order Tracking
    If you would like to track your order send us an email and we will email your tracking number to you so you can check your order any time. Tracking numbers are assigned by 9:00p.m. on the day the order ships.

  • Canceling Your Order
    Once your order is placed, we will not be able to cancel the order. If the pharmacy has filled your order federal law prohibits the cancelation and reuse of that medication. Please be certain about your order prior to placing it.

    GetMyNaltrexone.com guarantees to each of its customers that you will receive U.S. manufactured medication at the best price we can get, filled by a U.S. licensed pharmacy. If you do not get what you ordered, we will ship, Standard Overnight Delivery, the appropriate medication to you at our expense.

  • Returning An Order
    Because each prescription is filled for a specific individual based on that persons medical needs and the prescription written for that medication, we cannot accept returned merchandise. Please be certain about your order prior to placing it.

  • Prescriptions
    By providing a prescription from your doctor our pharmacy can be confident that the medication is proper for your health needs. Too, some jurisdictions are what's called "face to face" states. In these jurisdictions the law requires that a doctor that has actually seen you writes your prescription. Once you get your prescription just order, then fax the prescription to us making a note of your order number and your order will be processed immediately.

  • Cut-off time for ordering
    If you are requesting an expedited order, you must place your order no later than 2:00 pm Eastern Time. This is necessary so we have time to process the order completely and still get the package to FedEx in time for your expedited delivery. Almost all orders go out the day they are placed assuming the 2:00 pm deadline is met. If there is exceptionally high order traffic it is possible an order will not get processed on the day it is placed. In that case it will go out the next day. Too, it is possible an order will be placed on-hold. If that happens the order will not ship until the hold is released. The time of day a "hold" order was placed is irrelevant.

  • On-Hold Orders
    An order can be placed on hold for one of several reasons. The most common is because a reorder has been placed "too-soon" for the proper useage of a previous order. GetMyNaltrexone.com must ensure that medications it sells are not being abused. If orders for the same medications are placed back-to-back, the second order will be placed on hold until the proper "order interval" has lasped. Once an "on-hold" order has been delayed for the proper time, the order will be released and shipped without further communication with the client.

  • Order Interval
    Each prescription is for a specific number of tablets, with a specific number prescribed to be taken in a day. - i.e. 120 tablets to be taken up to 1 tablets 4 times daily - By dividing the tablet quanity by the approved daily consumption, you will arrive at the proper dosage in terms of "days of supply". In this example the doctor has prescribed a 30 day supply. Any order for the same medication within that 30 day period will violate the order interval and be placed on hold.   • When Will my Order Arrive?
    You order's arrival date and time is dependant on the level of service you selected when you ordered. Remember the time of day you ordered is also critical for when your order will arrive if you have chosen expidited service. Please go to the Shipping page for a full discussion of this issue.

  • Why Was My Order Declined?
    If you check the status of your order and discover it was declined that generally occurs when the pharmacy determines that a subsequent order is establishing a pattern of abuse.

  • My Order Was Declined, But My Card Was Charged!
    Your credit card is charged immediately upon the order being placed. This is the very first action taken in the order processing procedure. Therefore if an order is declined it happens after the card was charged. However, the funds are only "captured" by a third party processing company, in our case Authorize.net, and are not released to GetMyNaltrexone.com (Proper Billing L.L.C.) until after your order is completely processed. Consequently, in the case of a declined order we never actually get paid for your order.

  • Funds Return on a Declined Order
    Authorize.net will release the "captured" funds on their timetable, usually within 48 hours. Please note, the funds are released to YOUR bank, it is your bank's internal procedures that dictate how long it takes for the funds to be returned to your credit card account. Also please know that the refund interval is longer for check cards, and gift cards. GetMyNaltrexone.com (Proper Billing L.L.C) has no control over this process.

  • Orders Arrived Damaged
    It is unusual for medication to be damaged in transit, but it does happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately and we will resend your order (or the damaged portion thereof) at our expense. If all tablets were not damaged the replacement tablets will be sent U.S. mail.

  • Wrong Medication
    We take pride in our quality control and shipping procedures, yet on rare occasion a mistake will be made. Should you get the wrong medication please contact Customer Service immediately and we will resend your order at our expense.

    GetMyNaltrexone.com sells only medications manufactured in the United States. We do sell generic medications in most catagories to save you money, but every tablet we sell comes from a licensed manufacturer and is despensed by a U.S. licesnsed pharmacist.
